Code-1 error crash when starting create 1.20.1 forge

Describe the Bug
Every time I try to run create mod 1.20.1 forge it crashes with a code 1 error. I have even tried running it with only the create mod by itself.
Reproduction Steps
- install create mod 1.20 forge using curse forge.
- click play on create profile.
- click play on java loader
- crash error
...
Expected Result
I expected minecraft to load with the create mod active for 1.20.
