Describe the Bug

Any block that is able to be picked up with a wrench is able to be duplicated if specific setting are set with FTB chunks.

Reproduction Steps

1. claim an area with FTB chunks and set the claim settings to allow block interaction for all players ,but disallow block break for all players.
2. with a different account try to pick up any wrenchable block by shift right clicking
3. the block will still exist in the world, but will also be in your inventory.
   ...

Expected Result

I expected the block to just stay there and not duplicate into my inventory.

it seems like this works with ftb chunks and create, no other mods needed

Additional Context

have not tested with other create versions, other minecraft versions, or other forge versions, but it is likely that the bug is also is in those versions

this also works with 0.5.1
