Train Tracks are also leaves? Maybe?

Describe the Bug

I was playing in my survival minecraft world with the create mod and had just finished a train track farm. I placed one down and noticed that the top of the braces that hold the guides together swayed like the leaves in the same cherry blossom biome I was in. I placed a leaf beside the train track and sure enough, it they swayed together.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Download a wavy leaves resource pack. (I was using vanilla tweaks.
  2. Go into any world a place a train track.

Expected Result

The top of the braces that hold the guides should sway like the leaves.

vanilla tweaks uses core shaders, they aren't supported by mojang nor create and even mojang suggests using alternatives over core shaders, wont fix
