Describe the Bug
Drill on mechanical bearing spinning anti-clockwise doesn't break blocks consistently. Spinning clockwise is fine. It happens at both high speed and low speed
Reproduction Steps
- Place a drill facing a cobble farm
- Place a mechanical bearing with the sticky side-facing drill
- Place a stress unit generator
- Spin the contraption anti-clockwise or clockwise
- Wait a bit
...
Expected Result
Drill should start breaking the block without the unusually long delay

The bug also occurs in "1.18.2 0.5.1c Forge 40.2.9" but github doesn't let me select multiple versions
