Describe the Bug
Breaking clipboard in creative doesn't spawn particles. It spawns particles in survival.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a clipboard on the ground.
- Make sure you are in creative.
- Attack the clipboard to break it.
- There is no block breaking particles.
Expected Result
It should spawn particles as in survival and other blocks.
