Describe the Suggestion

The Create project need to have a new API instead of Forge. The NeoForge is a great choice.
So, we need to have the NeoForge support plan.

I'm trying to trans 1.20.1/dev branch into the NeoForge. But I found that the Create project has huge implement (such as Flywheel and CCT sth...), it seems need to do a lot of works on it, I don't have much time to trans all these implements.

So, could the Create Team to do this support?
