Random twist/wiggle visual for elevators

Describe the Bug

There's a recurring bug where the whole lift randomly twists/wiggles when in motion. It doesn't seem to affect anything besides visuals. This especially occurs when the elevator carriage descends below ground level (shaft). No crashing. It can also change position horizontally.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Construct elevator carriage
  2. Operate elevator
    ...

Expected Result

No distortion of model, just up/down glide motion depending on input.
