Describe the Bug

Whenever I use a water wheel or steam generator setup in my world, it is very slow compared to the same setups in youtube videos. The hand crank and valve are the only 2 generators that have the same speed as other people. This is in a private server with other mods installed. Edit: Also tried this on a singleplayer world, but nothing changed.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create water wheel
2. Set up water wheel so water flows and the wheel flows
3. It is slow for some reason
   ...

Expected Result

I expected the water wheel and steam engine to be the same speed and have the same power output as the youtube videos, but the ones on my server are slow.

water wheels were changed in the last create version. that includes their speed. please close this issue.
