Describe the Bug

Mechanical Rollers without a paving material will still remove blocks below them, as long as other blocks could be placed over those blocks without breaking (i.e., water, snow layers, tall grass). Each time this happens, an item is deleted from the contraption's storage.

Reproduction Steps

1. Place a Mechanical Roller and chest in front of a Mechanical Piston.
2. Place a water source below and in front of the roller.
3. Set the roller's mode to "Straight Fill Below".
4. Put any item in the chest.
5. Move the piston forward a few blocks.
6. The water blocks below are removed, and items are deleted from the chest in equal number.

Expected Result

The roller should do nothing.

2 full barrels just magically became empty on my moving cart contraption all of a sudden after I added cosmetic Rollers to it because I wanted wheels. I think I've been quite possibly a victim of this thing. Seems pretty major
