Describe the Bug

I cannot use the Smart Observer to observe if there are items in the Crushing Wheel.
And I set the Threshold Switch to the lowest setting to observe that there must be at least 16 items in the Crushing Wheel.

Expected Result

The Smart Detector can observe if there are items in the Crushing Wheel.
Or the Threshold Switch can be used normally.
Or Crushing Wheel can be observed using a Redstone Comparator.
