Sequenced gearshift still responds to redstone when controlled via computercraft

Describe the Bug

When sending a rotate command to a sequenced gearshift that is redstone powered, the gearshift will appear active even after it has finished turning, and will stop responding to further commands.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Connect a sequenced gearshift to a CC computer as a peripheral
  2. Power the sequenced gearshift via redstone
  3. Send a rotate() command to the gearshift

Expected Result

Redstone power should not have affected the gearshift's behavior.
