Untranslatable strings on display boards

Describe the Bug
Some strings (i.e. text parts) used by display boards in combination with scheduled trains are untranslatable. The strings in question are the symbols shown when the next train departure or the exact station (when used with wildcards) are unknown at that point.
Reproduction Steps
- Find all train-related display board strings in the language file
Expected Result
Strings for the "no information" characters are available, and could be changed if needed
