Server crashes when driving train through portal

Describe the Bug
I've tried driving a train through a portal twice now, and each time doing so causes the entire server to crash. While I do have a lot of mods installed, I don't think they would have done anything to the nether.
Reproduction Steps
- Build a train
- Drive it through a nether portal
- The entire server crashes and has to restart.
- When the game reloads, the train is gone (Though thankfully everything else is saved)
Expected Result
Obviously the server shouldn't crash.

please consider disabling cccbridge. I have seen it cause issues for other players. let's see if that helps
