Describe the Bug

I found a bug where if you throw an item on a conveyer belt with a slab in the middle and try to pick it up which I cant at first then I pick my item up from the ground after about 10 minutes the same item appears.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a max speed conveyer belt with a slab somewhere in it.
   2.Throw the item down and run after it trying to pick it up before the slab then after the slab and pick up the item once its off the conveyer belt.
2. Wait 10-20 minutes and another one should/could pop up.
   ...

Expected Result

A exact copy of the item you threw, say you have a backpack mod all the contents of it would be the exact same if you threw a backpack.
