Rings from Iron SpellBooks remove effect while equipped.

Describe the Bug
While the fire resistance ring is equipped it turns the effect on and off randomly, found that out in a pool of lava lol.
Reproduction Steps
- Equip Fire Resistance Ring
- Wait for a short while in a pool of lava so you don't have to keep checking
...
Expected Result
This will eventually cause the effect to stop.
