Add an Elevator Floor panel and improve elevator logic

Describe the Suggestion
A panel that would show all the floors and after clicking, the contraptions door should close and move to the selected floor.
And elevator logic needs to be changes as well, if 2 people call the elevator, the first person should get the elevator, then the second.
Like a realistic style.
