Allow Selection to all functions(Not only stopping at a stations)

Describe the Suggestion
Suggest that players should be able to add conditions to any of the other functions on the Train Schedule like "Power Redstone Link" so that trains could activate the functions by themselves when the conditions are met instead of stopping at a Track Station block to make use of the conditions.
