[1.20.1] Create 0.5.1.d common.toml file empty! | No worldgen for either stones or ores.

Describe the Bug
All new stone types and ores do not generate in the world, not even in newly generated chunks.
P.S: I will edit this Bug Report to include all mods that are in my custom modpack!
Reproduction Steps
- Create a blank and clean slate for a profile in the CurseForge app for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge v47.2.0)
- Install Create v0.5.1.d
- Play and test, this works
- Install all other mods mentioned at Other Mods
- Play and test, this most likely won't work.
- Profit? Maybe?
Expected Result
That the different Zinc Ores and other new stones types generate.

It appears that the create-common.toml file is empty except for disabling all of creates world generation option.
I also have the missing options in the config (v0.5.1e), but the zinc and ore generate
