List Filter item destroyed after clearing it from filter slot

Describe the Bug
I was playing with the Rebuilt modpack (link to the modpack: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/mcrebuilt) I noticed, that when I try to retrieve the List Filter I assigned to a Brass Tunnel, to change the filter settings, the List Filter is simply removed from the tunnel and destroyed, without getting it back into my inventory.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a Brass Tunnel and apply a List filter into its filter slot
- R-Click with an empty hand in an attempt to retrieve it from the tunnel
- Filter slot cleared, item destroyed
Expected Result
The List Filter shoud've returned to my inventory with all of its settings saved in it.

I also noticed this when running the Vault Hunters modpack, which currently also is using create-1.18.2-0.5.1.b. Has this been addressed in newer versions?
