Versions:
Minecraft; 1.16.4
Forge: 35.1.13
Create: 0.3a

First ran into the issue when trying to copy my electrical -> rotation energy converter, did testing and found that blocks worked fine from vanilla, create, and IE, and that ultimately the IE cable connectors were causing the issues, even without any wires on them.
