Fluid Tank/Steam Whistle don't work when pasted from Schematic

Describe the Bug

When pasting a schematic of a steam whistle, including the fluid tank, the tank is "blank" (no glass window or temperature gauge). This means that the steam whistle will not make a sound when powered by redstone.

Reproduction Steps

Creative mode

  1. Place a magma block, then fluid tank, then a steam whistle on top
  2. Save into a schematic
  3. Load the schematic
  4. Paste the schematic

Expected Result

The tank should paste with the temperature gauge, which means when powered, the steam whistle makes a sound.
