Describe the Suggestion

A breaker panel would be connected to redstone sources such as redstone links, redstone torches, levers.
The panel would be placed on a wall.
After clicking on the panel, a GUI would open with some switches to allow the redstone sources to turn on (so it would OUTPUT when turned on) or it wouldn't when turned off even if flicked down.
