Transposer is missing?

I was watching a video on making a auto wheat farm but I found that I'm missing the filtering pipes he was using when trying to replicate the build, now I worry I'm missing more than just the pipes. I searched up and got nothing. Is there any mod conflicts with Create?

Transposers and Extractors have been removed. You can use Belt Funnels, Tunnels, and Chutes to do better what they did.

Chutes and andesite/brass funnels do work the same way as transposers but only when use vertically

Look at what I created with this and let me know if you think having it bulkier and unsightly is better than a transposer. If funnels could work sideways like the transposers did then this would be quite elegant. Maybe it's not what the mod author is going for, but a curt reply such as yours does nothing to address the actual issue which is that there is no functional replacement for the transposer like the Extendogrip replaced the crystal tools.

The wheat farm in question relied on the transposers able to move items horizontally which the belts can do, if items are dropped on them vertically. However, funnels only transfer items vertically as well adding the need to lift the items up again to drop them into the next stage of the sorting contraption. I'm not saying bring the transposer back, but have an equivalent replacement.

Oh, I see the issue now. You just didn't know that the new Funnels can still be placed sideways? Sorry if my reply came off rude, I've been following 0.3 through development so I forget sometimes that it's new stuff to a lot of people. Here, I put together a quick design for one possible implementation with the new blocks...

Thanks for the quick update. I'll give this a try and see if I can get similar results I couldn't get the funnels to work sideways between containers which is what the original auto farm had going. Funnels do not work this way but I didn't think of placing them sideways on a belt. I'm going to have to play with this now.

From what I can see in your screenshots, the main problem you're having is that you're not utilizing some of the new features, which could make your systems much more compact. The mechanical arm can reach and place into mechanical crafter slots, and take from belts, depots and funnels. Brass tunnels can be used for easy item splitting and sorting, using their filter slot. Transposers were removed for a reason, and these features were added to compensate.
