Describe the Bug

Game crashes every time I save and quit my minecraft world. Bug popped up out of nowhere and I have no idea what is causing it outside of some other people telling me it's the create mod causing it.
The crash error is:
net.minecraft.world.level.chunk.MissingPaletteEntryException: Missing Palette entry for index 0.
Some other modders reviewed the crash logs and pointed to Create being the problem somehow, and it seems to have potentially corrupted my world at least partially, causing it to crash upon trying to quit normally.
Nothing I've done has fixed it, and nobody can help me. Please I'm losing it. I made this account just to get any help I can.
I'm losing the will to play minecraft because of this, whatever it is. Please fix whatever's causing the bug so I can update the mod and play from an older save that isn't corrupted.
I really don't know what else to do, and if there isn't ever a fix I will be very sad
