Game Keeps Crashing After Creating a Tree Farm and Pondering the Portable Storage Interface

Describe the Bug
Everytime you try to ponder the portable storage interface in JEI, the game immediately crashes after a few seconds, after creating a tree farm and connecting it to the water wheel the entire chuck is rendered inoperable and anyone's game who walks into the chuck immediately crashes
Reproduction Steps
- Ponder a portable storage interface
or
- Build a starting Create tree farm.
- Connect a water wheel to it.
- Crash
...
Expected Result
A successful ponder without crashing.
or
A moving tree farm.
