Describe the Bug

Creating a train building it but, it just disappeared from reality trying to recreate it 15 times but still not working.

Reproduction Steps

1.Install Create, steaming rails, and create enchantment industry and creating a world.
2.install framed blocks, railroad blocks, world edit, and create unlimited.
3.Create a train and, it should do the same thing.

Expected Result

What I expected to happen was that it would be a train and I can continue building my ralline.
