Unable to scroll through different movement options when placing a schematic by using scroll wheel

Describe the Bug

When holding left-alt, I am unable to use the scroll wheel to cycle to the different movement options, I am stuck on only being able to move it horizontally

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a schematic and place it down
  2. Hold left alt and try scrolling
  3. Nothing happens
    ...

Expected Result

The movement option selected gets changed

I encountered the same problem, and after my attempts, this problem conflicted with the keys of PuzzlesLib.

You only need to open "config\puzzlesapi-slotcycling-client", find "scrolling_modifier_key", and change it to other options.

When I search the ENTIRETY of the AppData folder for "puzzlesapi-slotcycling-client", I get NO results. How do I fix this issue then? I was using the Prism Launcher btw, and I did have PuzzlesLib installed (along with litematica).
