Strange rendering issues at a distance

I'm not really sure what other information I can give. I'm not running any optimisation mods, nor am I running Optifine. I noticed significant issues when combining Create machinery with the crystal shulker box curio as well, which I reported to C4, but here's some of the issues there (which seem unrelated as they appear to be with regards to location/translation rather than appearing/disappearing, but I'll put htem here for posterity):

Again, these were distinctly different, and this issue that I'm seeing mainly appears to be happening when the machinery is viewed at a distance. If I have time today, I'll try to replicate this with a similar set up of crushing wheels in new chunks, away from any other buildings/machinery to ensure nothing else is inhibiting the rendering cycle.

That's trippy! I wouldn't know where to start looking for reproducing the shifted buffer, but the first picture strikes me as particularly important.
The particles indicate a speed update (which updates the block and as of 0.1.1a, the rendered chunk)
This means something in the contraption seems to be constantly updating the system, this is probably not intended and a pretty bad fps hazard. If you have any information as to what is in that contraption and when it started pulsing like this, I'd love to hear it!

I have had rendering issues with only create, quark, autoreglib, and charm installed. So it looks like this is a bug with create.

This issue is getting a little ancient. Please open a new issue when 0.2.2 still gives you rendering problems. Thanks!
