Sequenced Gearshift are inconsitent

Describe the Bug

Sequenced gearshifts powering mechanical pistons that push around redstone block to power them are inconsitent

Reproduction Steps

  1. place several Sequenced gearshifts "sandwiched" between chain drives
  2. give them as instructions "delay 1s" then "move piston 1m" towards the next
  3. the last gearshift should have "delay 1s" then "move piston x m" back to the first gearshift
  4. place a mechanical piston, with a redstone block, such that the redstone block powers the first gearshift, pushing it to the next, and so on

Sometimes, at different speeds, the gearshift will just decide not to work

Expected Result

Each gearshift pushes the redstone block to the next in line

a custom Fabric modpack (tell me if i should double this issue for the Fabric github) so i've made a google doc detailing everything with logs and a readme

Crash Report or Log

No response

Operating System

Windows 11

Mod Version

0.5.1f

Minecraft Version

1.20.1

Forge Version

43.3.2

Other Mods

Logs are provided in the google drive, the modpacks are pretty large

Additional Context

For the LITV version, it seemed that reducing the memory allocated for minecraft (so as to run both LITV and ATM at the same time to record and compare them), the behavior became more inconsistent, as seen in the videos

Above and Beyond modpack shows consistent and appropriate behavior

Yes, this issue should be posted on the Fabric GitHub
