Mechanical crafters and most encased contraptions missing the casings on the texture

Describe the Bug
So, me and my pals made a modpack. We've all the create mods and addons on there. we found out that when you make mechanical crafters, the brass casing appears to be on the crafter in the inventory, but hen placed, the case is missing. We haven't tested with much else, but we found that putting a casing on any gear doesn't work either. Is this just a video setting thing we need to change (we use rubidium), or something in the mod options config we needa change?

Reproduction Steps
Not sure how you could recreate this. For all i know, we may be the first to experience this. (but probably not lul)

The casings just aren't on the texture
