Unable to access train controls if there is a block below the controls

Describe the Bug

If your looking at the train controller, it prioritises the interaction with the track below it meaning that you cant control trains if they are close to the tracks, Or when looking down at seats you interact with the track below and not the seat on the contraption, This needs to be fixed as it makes driving trains really annoying

any Right click interaction on the block below override the ability to use the the train controls.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Build a train that forces you to look down to use the controls, like the image above
  2. assemble it and try to sit or use the train controls
  3. if your looking at the tracks through the controller you cant use the controller

Expected Result

The things on a contraption should take priority so you can use them even when looking at outher blocks through them. any Right click interaction on the block below
