ATM9 - Smart Fluid Pipe not in creative menu or JEI

Describe the Bug

The only way to obtain a smart fluid pipe is through crafting, it doesn't apear on jei or in the creative menue

Reproduction Steps

  1. The recipe from the wiki works fine.
  2. Not in the create tab in creative mode or search
  3. Not in JEI (or whichever mod is in ATM9)
    ...

Expected Result

Seeing it!

One thing to note is that the issue is intermittent. Re-logging fixed the issue

I'm having this exact same issue but outside of the pack and with like any other create addon installed
