Describe the Bug

Fluid tanks are not connecting properly both in appearance and functionality, sometimes - I can't figure a particular reasoning for why.
I have tried building them in many different orders, but sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
I even cleared out local blocks that might have been interfering, to no avail.

Reproduction Steps

1. Place fluid tanks in 3x3
2. Place your bets as to whether each block will connect to any others
3. Collect/payout any winnings

Expected Result

Fluid tanks to connect consistently
