Belt dupe with pistons

Describe the Bug
Pistons, when breaking belts via push, do not update the surrounding belts. This allows for belt duplication.
Reproduction Steps
- Place blocks as shown below
- Activate pistons
Expected Result
Expected: No duplication glitch
