Describe the Suggestion

There should be a filling station block, in which you can put the backtank into to refill it. This would be a useful alternative to recharging it via rotation because the Backtank loses all it's NBT tags when placing and breaking it that are for example addes by the Apotheosis mod. Refilling it as an item would hopefully solve that issue.
