Describe the Bug

I'm trying to build a mod pack for Minecraft 1.18.2. And I want Create in it. But as the titles suggests. The create mod for that of Minecraft requires a version of Flywheel that doesn't exist. I keep getting a crash message that says "Mod create requires flywheel 0.6.10 or above and below 0.6.11. Currently, flywheel is 0.6.8a". I know later versions of the Create mod don't require flyrwheel. But the version for Minecraft 1.18.2 does. But when I look at the latest versions of flywheel on the forge website. The highest it goes is 0.6.8. So, is using Create in a 1.18.2 mod pack impossible or can this be fixed?.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install latest version of Create for Minecraft 1.18.2
2. Install latest version of Flywheel for Minecraft 1.18.2
3. Start up and wait for the crash report
   ...

The same message I just quoted above.
