Menus not opening for train station, wand of symmetry, etc.

Describe the Bug
Menus for items from the create mod aren't opening. Train station menu, wand of symmetry config menu, etc. do not open when right clicking.
Reproduction Steps
- Place train tracks
- connect train station
- right click train station
...

Experiencing the same bug with the Train Station on 1.19.2 for Forge.
My train is built on Steam'n'Rails' wide tracks and was able to be assembled before. After setting it back to assembly mode with the train on it, the train station can't be interacted with, and the blue marks showing where bogeys can be placed aren't there.
Edit: None of my train stations can be interacted with, including ones on regular Create rails
Second edit: Removing a piece of track and re-placing it seems to fix that entire track?
