Ender chests do not work on trains

Describe the Bug
Chests, barrels, and other storages can be opened while in motion.
Ender chests, however, cannot.
Reproduction Steps
- Assemble train with ender chest
- Attempt to use it
- Fail
Expected Result
Ideally, an ender chest onboard a train would be usable.

You can do this with Create Interactive, it allows you to edit blocks on trains
Whether or not an outside mod lets you do this, it's still an inconsistency in Create.
