Describe the Bug

I placed a big cogwheel and for some reason it was turning on its own.

Reproduction Steps

  1. next to portal
  2. no other cogwheels touching.
  3. 1.19.2, curseforge version, 43.3.0
    ...

Expected Result

It was random, I did not know why it happened, it was a bug.

It did not crash, Internet was working and server was still on, it did not freeze, crash or anything, It just happened.
