Framed glass panes not connecting

Describe the Bug
The framed glass panes are not connecting they are just the normal texture and this makes them look very ugly.
Reproduction Steps
- Place down one pane.
- Place down more panes next to it.
Expected Result
I expected the glass panes to connect but they didn't.
