Describe the Bug

I can not craft the rope pully. I got the material's to craft it but can't locate the recipe. This has happened to me several times to fix it i just have to reset my computer

1. I am using Mr Beardstone's mod pack which he uses on his channel which has the create mod.

Expected Result

On some attempts you might have the recipe but on others you won't.
