Describe the Bug

Im tyring to build a Mobfarm with an automatic Killer (Deployer)
But as soon as the Deployer killed an Entity the Server crashes.

Reproduction Steps

1.Place an Deployer (Kill Mode with any sword)
2.Let it kill an Mob
3. Server crashes
...

Expected Result

I think it's clear what i want :D

Only interesting Mod was neruina 1.3.0 fabric.
i removed it but it didn't help with this issue

Having the same issue on my server. I have no idea how to destroy the deployer that is crashing the game as it crashes the server when someone tries to destroy it. Any help would be amazing!
