Describe the Suggestion

A small (I think) feature to add to the Smart Observer: Being able to read what Music Disc is currently playing in a Jukebox.
Why not just use a comparator? In vanilla alone there's more discs than signal strengths (Relic and Otherside share strength 14), nevermind other mods' added discs.

A slightly more complicated idea would be being able to read the contents of item frames on the block in front of it (well, I assume it's more complicated with them being entities and up to 5 of them).
