dreams and desires is causing your issue

but it work on my computer , with dream n desire its not a great mod ? or its pre - included in create directly @drwoops ?

dreams n desires is obviously in your modpack. it is known to have problems. and the crash report clearly identifies it as the cause of the crash. i cannot tell you more. i would recommend simply removing it from your modpack.
