Describe the Suggestion

Currently funnels can be set to only take a specific amount of items off of belts, yet this feature does not work, as funnel inputs are so instant that it is able to take multiple items from the same stack. While this feature may work in certain settings, its practically useless anywhere else because of this.

A solution would be to stagger the funnel in some way when this feature is in use, so that it is not capable of taking more than allowed from the same stack on the belt, which would make it actually useful, unlike its current broken and frankly confusing state it is in.
