Speedometer/Stressometer keeps comparator output without turning

Describe the Bug
Disconnecting a Speedometer or Stressometer from its rotational power source via moving it or the power source breaks the comparator output to be on until you either connect a new rotational power source or destroy the block.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a Speedometer or Stressometer on a group of blocks next to a comparator, make sure they are superglued to move as one (this bug does not seem to apply when one of the elements is pushed directly by a piston) and set up a mechanical piston to push them
- Place a form of rotational power, such as a creative motor, outside the pistoned area, such that when the piston is fired it breaks the connection
- Activate the piston, and check the comparator
Expected Result
The comparator should be unpowered, as the speedometer reads 0, but the comparator is still powered.
Screenshots and Videos
This was my testing setup, which triggered the bug.
First video is a standalone test, second is within my full contraption.
NOTE: the videos are saying they're corrupt for me. If that is the case for others let me know and I can upload them as a youtube video or something.
