Change the lock-input-while-processing behavior of Crushing Wheel to improve compatibility with AE2's autocrafting

Describe the Suggestion

Read this issue (and its conversation) first:
AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2#7557

So, the exact thing I'm suggesting is that, if there are multiple inputs of items in the same tick, make Crushing Wheel locks the input after everything is imported (in the same tick), instead of immediately locks the input after one batch of item is imported.

Additional Context

I also find out that Millstone doesn't have this problem, I can input items into it as long as it has the same item type and not exceeding the max stack size (64). So I'm not sure whether this behavior of Crushing Wheel is intentional or not.

why dont you introduce a barrel as buffer for input above the crushing wheels and use a chute to only pull stacks?

Why people keep suggesting me about workarounds? I'm focusing on the fact that I'm supposed to be able to push (multiple batches of) ingredients directly to the Crushing Wheel, but I can't. If this suggestion become an actual feature, then why will we need the buffer in the first place?
Not to mention that Millstone doesn't have this problem at all, as being a inferior version of Crushing Wheel.
