Describe the Bug

I think the best is to read the Crash report.

Sometimes when i join my world on my Server, the Server crashes because of 1 Random block from create.
Now it is a Funnel. One time it was a Chute. I had to spam the console with setblock to replace it while joining. otherwise im not able to join the World. Not even Singleplayer (Downloaded the Map)

Reproduction Steps

There i no way to reproduce because it appears random

Expected Result

Not crashing? xD

Just noticed you also had V.S. and Interactive in your mod list, it's possible that those are problematic considering that we both have those and are getting the same crash.

Encountered a very similar crash with all brass belt funnels getting corrupted at the same time. Using Java 17 without canary or radium makes no difference.

commented

Seems to primarily affect belt funnels and smart chutes.

encountered this problem too. unexpectedly, i also installed the interactive mod.
i think it is likely to be caused by the interactive. for me, i will try to remove this mod. it is not stable enough though the function is interesting.

BTW: try write this issue to the interactive mod, can probably solve the problem.

I notice that you are using java 19 when the recommended version is java 17. Also Canary has been known to occasionally cause issues; you might want to try without it to see if things get better.
