Describe the Bug
When CC: Tweaked's computer outputs redstone from the bottom, the redstone link will be activated incorrectly.
Reproduction Steps
1.Place a computer.
2.Place a redstone link on the computer.(any side)
3.Run rs.setAnalogOutput("bottom", 15)
4.The redstone link is activated incorrectly.
...
Expected Result
It cannot be activated, like redstone torch.
