game crashing and deleting stuff

Describe the Bug
I was simply just playing the game when a blood moon spawned and a fighter person spawned then my game got super super laggy and i thought it was my shaders so i turned them off then the whole game crashed and when i reloaded the game my netherite backpack just got deleted and i time was reversed for like 10 minutes, the time it reversed to i had already gotten the back pack because i was transferring my chest items into it. i looked in the chest after the crash and all the stuff I put in the backpack wasn't there and now i basically have nothing on a world i spent 6+hours on.
Reproduction Steps
1.blood moon spawn
2.fighter person spawn at the same time as blood moon
3.turn off shaders
4.game crash
5.reload game
6.backpack gone and time reverses by about 10 minutes
Expected Result
when I reloaded, I expected my stuff to be there, but it wasn't (this bug wasn't purposeful)
